1. Services
MAAK Consulting LLC provides professional consulting services including, but not limited to, strategic planning, business development, operations consulting, financial advisory, marketing strategy, and compliance guidance. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual agreements with clients.
2. Use of the Site
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Use the Site to transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without permission
3. Communications Consent & SMS Program Terms
By submitting your contact information through our Site and checking the applicable consent box, you consent to receive communications from MAAK Consulting LLC, including via email, telephone, and SMS/text messages. We operate two separate text-messaging programs — a Customer Care (non-marketing) program and a Promotions (marketing) program — each requiring its own affirmative, un-prechecked opt-in. You understand that:
- Message and data rates may apply for SMS communications
- Message frequency varies: the Customer Care (non-marketing) program is typically 2–6 messages per active engagement and otherwise varies with your activity; the Promotions (marketing) program is up to 4 messages per month
- You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS messages
- You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP; you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts from that program

- Opting out of one channel or program does not automatically opt you out of others
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Consent to receive communications, including SMS, is not a condition of purchase of any services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MAAK Consulting LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
